Here’s some Alamodome game day info for y’all:

The main parking lots, B and C, are generally only available for season ticket holders to purchase. However, passes can be purchased online from private sellers. The lots open 6.5 hrs before kickoff.

Nearby parking can be found in private lots in the surrounding area or across the highway in the downtown area. There is a pedestrian walkway to cross the highway from the downtown side.

There are also Park& Ride options: Park & Ride Events - VIA Metropolitan Transit (viainfo.net)

There will be metal detectors to pass through before entering the Alamodome.

There are multiple entrances to the Alamodome. Check your ticket for the recommended entry location for your seats.

Very important! There is a clear bag policy: Clear Bag Policy | Alamodome

Whatever the outcome of the game, I hope y’all enjoy your time in SA and have a great experience.

All central Texas alums and fans need to be there. 

playing the sensitive central texas alum card and wont be able to make it due to a number of reasons but will be watching.

Haha.  I choose to consume copious amounts of beer over hours rather than seconds. 

However, if any of y'all in this thread are interested in swinging by a family friendly tailgate at the Alamodome this Saturday, message me.

If our program had the momentum of the past with some significant wins vs schools of note under our wings, 10,000 MG fans at this game would have been easily predictable. 
We once traveled 20,000 Mean Green fans to UT in 1976 (or that’s what the Austin American-Statesman said we brought).  
Earl Campbell (hamstring & all) had a late TD run to beat the Mean Green 17-14 that evening.

      Will we see changes coming from inside UNT?

      either way....it seems that there is no longer going to be a middle ground. And UNT and it's alumni need to decide which way they're going to go. Either go all in....or drop. We can't just sit and stay afloat....unless there is some sort of official break. That seems to be our only hope. Let the top 40 schools form their own thing and then the rest of us go regional. That's really our only option and if that doesn't happen then it's time to decide if throwing any money toward "big time" football is worth it. I challenge anyone to come up with a justification for it. Basketball is still there for the taking and much less expensive to operate.

      I don't understand the debate. When people say there is so much to do in DFW in comparison to other places when excusing our poor alum turnout for basically everything... like what? What is there to do? Something that is unique to DFW that keeps our alum so occupied event after event? To isolate it further to Denton is laughable... Speaking on ABQ specifically, the only benefit UNM has over UNT is there are no professional sports to get behind. But generally from my experiences, most people are typically diehard college OR pro fans. Not a lot of diehard both. Outside of that, give me AQB. Better city with more actual things to do, especially if you're an outdoorsman. Way prettier. Deeper rooted in culture. I mean, I guess if you like cities developed on top of former prairieland, farm fields, and cow pastures then DFW is definitely for you.
