Victor, Amanda, and Lauren are making delicious Street Tacos served with Elote in a Cup.

The weather is looking pretty good this Saturday for tailgating, maybe a bit warm and windy. Watch your tents.

Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 90. South southwest wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.

Saturday Night: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 65. South southeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming east northeast after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph.

You really need to ask John, but they are deboned, and I think they end up skinned chicken thighs seasoned with a rub and placed in a cupcake tin in a bunch to slightly overfill each hole.
