UNLV is now 4-1 as is Memphis. SMU’s losses were close games to Maryland (who beat Michigan St today) and TCU (who absolutely destroyed OU today). We may be better than we thought if Aune could just stop crushing us with his bad passes.

So basically we’ve gotten destroyed by winning teams and beaten bad teams. So again, season 7 is just like the previous 6…

Agree but Seth’s teams can take time to ramp up.

I would have rather you blamed it on COVID. If Seth can't figure out how to get teams ready for Game 1 in his 7th season as a head coach if a G5 team, exactly what else can we provide him so he appropriately coaches his players?  100k sq ft weight room expansion? A $100m a year NIL Collective donation?

Well, he’s 1-1 in most have games so far, in my opinion. Lost bad at UNLV, win today against FAU. He has to beat La Tech, FIU, and Rice now…that’s 6 and then beat some MAC or SBC team in a bowl gets him to 7. And that gets him his extension…as I’ve said the party at the Lovelace’s house for his “son” will be epic.

You can't have student turnout like we saw today and keep your job at a serious program.  So unless the BMDs like seeing that, anything more than 2 losses the rest of the season (with one being in a bowl game against a P5 opponent)should get him let go.  He keeps saying they have a good team.  Looking at the schedule a good team has only 2 potential losses left in the regular season.
