Losses of Makyle Sanders, Dion Novil, Caleb Colvin, Kameron Hill, Tyreke Davis (all seniors) plus the Murphy twins too much to overcome so far.

A 300 lb Defensive tackle that takes on 2-3 blockers to free up others is sorely missed.

Yeah, we lost all of our starting DL from last year, but it’s not like Jackson & Brown aren’t very good players!   And we replaced Grayson with Trieb, who is bigger.   But I feel like there’s a pretty obvious reason why the DL has taken a sizable step backwards, despite those good players being here… and it rhymes with asswaters.

Littrell is not the only staff problem.

Agreed, way too much of the blame is put at the feet of Saint Littrell.  Why is everyone so hesitant to blame Philly Bennet whose defense has been absolutely atrocious thusfar?  And he ran off the twins who are now starters and all conference level performers at UCLA?  It's high time that snake oil salesman Bennett and his band of gypsies are given a one-way ticket out of town.  Littrell does not deserve all of the blame, in fact the offense has not been that bad and neither have special teams.

I also feel like we ran much more 4 down lineman last season.  It just seems like the 3 lineman is not sustainable.  Let’s run out there with the 4-2-5 that converts to a 4-3-4 when needed.  I believe we already rotate 5-6 guys.  I don’t know.  This defense is tough to watch.

Offense, lets talk red zone offense-it is beyond bad.
