Per ESPN, he's 6/31 for 49 yards with 1 interception. Hopefully we can put this "what if" to rest.

7/33 last night... not sure how you think that would translate to FBS success. Good kid, just not an FBS QB.

Watch some of the game and he did have a bad game. Also to be honest they should not have been on the same field as Tarleton. Eastern New Mexico is a low level Lone Star Conference team and looked like it last night. There is not much talent on the team.

 

And again the reason I posted here is because he gave everything when he was here and was always respectful even when leaving. Compared to some posters who continue to have man crushes on players who left us and put us down on their way out

They didn't play Abilene Christian.   They played Tarelton State.

Me too.   I only know because I saw Abilene Christian held their own against Missouri, like 31-17.  

But speaking of QB's I watched a lot of the Miami at A$M game and both their QBs looked awful.  There were some dropped passes but a lot of throws at the feet or airmailed or into coverage....sorta like Aune, lol.  But because it was P5 teams the announcers were making excuses for them.

Miami's Van Dyke had a good 2021 season. 25 TDs to 6 Interceptions for 3000 yards in essentially 9 games. A$M has big QB problems. They benched the starter after App State so last night was not the original starter but neither have looked good.
