Which is exactly why Caponi is the problem. He can’t/won’t adjust his scheme. But Morris is forcing him to play the best 11 guys in hopes “that” is somewhat of an adjustment. We should have lost the FAU game totally because of the poor defense. Only a miracle save by the offense prevented it. Like many of our games this season. I expect Caponi and his scheme gone at the end of the season, and Morris to bring in someone better as DC.

In Vito’s article he quoted the commissioner as saying campus sites could also be considered. Looking at the AAC map the most centrally located Conference locations are Memphis, Birmingham, and New Orleans. Memphis draws the most league attendance and plays at the FedExForum, but it’s not an on-campus arena. They will probably get it…as a perk to stay in the AAC. New Orleans would be a better overall tourist host location in my opinion.

I think this poll is about right, but they never give us any respect. Like the CBS poll has Memphis ranked 47 and us ranked 63. If we beat Memphis, they will drop them like 15 spots, but will only move us up like 3 spots. It's like it pains them to give North Texas any respect.
