Silenced by Sark

Sarkisian should be championing this young man instead of silencing him.  Speaks volumes about the culture at UT and what the NIL is doing.

“They have to somehow see their 24-year-old self, their 25-year-old self, maybe signing their second NFL contract for like 50 million as opposed to seeing their 20-year-old self making 40K off of NIL and sleeping with women and drinking and all that.

Sark is pathetic, I see nothing wrong with what the young man said. Pathetic culture at UT, but no surprised.

Their culture is so privileged and soft. Its Club Med for those players compared to what the schools they compete with, especially with the ones they will compete with.

To fix UT, they need the following:

A PR guy as HFC--Mack Brown was perfect for that job, as was Darrell Royal. Nobody else has been anywhere close to glad-handing the gigantic boosters, politicians, high school coaches, and media members like they did. Basically, you need a NIL-savvy coach who only acts like a CEO.

Two very tough-minded coordinators to actually coach practice and on game days. Guys who you don't want talking to any of the folks the HFC handles.

Finally, you get position coaches that are TX HS coaches again.

Until this happens, you'll still see guys like Strong, Herman, and Sarkisian as head coaches, guys who are all destined to fail before they even stepped on campus for one day.

Wow, so before NIL football players weren’t out drinking and sleeping with women? Weren’t ever distracted? This NIL stuff is pure evil. My prayers are with UT as they cope with these terrible issues and lose to Kansas once again.

What’s funny about Kansas is that they can’t compete with anyone…except Texas. In 6 years, they have beaten them twice and lost two other games to them by less than a TD.

That’s how you know how Charmin soft Texas has become.
