Recycling schedule talk

Putting together my work/play travel calendar and ran into a big whole in our schedule, per https://fbschedules.com/2022-north-texas-football-schedule/

Shows no So Miss or Marshall in October. Both schools show Sun Belt opponents those weeks. 

Mean Green Sports and ESPN continue to reflect these schools on our October calendar. 

I understand this is still being fought out but missed the schedule change thread.

 

Any updates? Does NT have a back up plan to fill the schedule gap from Oct 1 to Oct 29?

Interesting find.  My guess is that Judy will back down but who knows?

Can't see C-USA/Judy winning this one. If that's the case, we haven't really heard what the backup plan would be.

My guess is that after all the lawsuits that is exactly what will happen.

Do you have any faith Judy will get this done without making a spectacle out of it? Have no doubt her "plan" will make people yay "WTF"! Hope I am wrong

Probably waiting for ESPN/SBC to announce a TV schedule with the 3 on it.  Then you can begin to estimate damages for the lawsuit.

Recycling pick up for me is Mondays, with exception to Christmas. Then it’s moved to Tuesday.

C-USA Schedule: Oct 15 - UNT at Marshall / Oct 22 - Southern Miss at UNT

SBC Schedule: Oct 12 (Wed) - Louisiana at Marshall / Oct 22 - Southern Miss at Texas State

Now if C-USA prevailed on the schedule, just how welcome would Marshall, Old Dominion, and Southern Miss be at C-USA host games?

I just hope that Judy figures out the schedule, hate to show up on Saturday to play Marshall and we find out Marshall played Wed night and won't be making our game.  We call Judy to say what's up and we get her answering machine.

I hope we get them in the late game on the 22nd day so they will be tired.
