No, that was Jacob Brammer who has yet to announce whether he will continue his football career next season or not after doing senior day this season.

I think this transfer portal is going to end up being a disaster for football players in general. 

Teams very seldom ran football players off in the past.   Players basically had a spot until their eligibility was gone.   Now the portal has provided an excuse to eliminate players that do not fit into the team's plans.  

High school players obviously are going to be hurt, as the one transfer rule makes their recruitment a lot more risky.
