MEAN GREEN FAN FEST

The Green Gator will be the official UNT Alumni Mean Green headquarters for bowl game activities.  This includes official event on Wednesday night (12/22) as well as a place to celebrate the win over Miami University after the game.   The Green Gator is located near the northeast corner of the intersection of Dallas Parkway and Main Street in Frisco (5566 Main St #110), walking distance from Toyota Stadium.

The official UNT Alumni pregame tailgate and festivities will be in the southeast corner of the Sienna South Blue Lot (East side of Toyota Stadium).  More details to come.

Yes.  Our pregame is in the parking lot area mentioned at the top of this thread.  We are expecting more people for the pregame tailgate than the Green Gator can handle.  I’m told Miami is only expecting around 70 people at their pregame event.  We are expecting 100x that.

Thank you so much for putting this together.

Can we tailgate in Frisco? Are there glass container restrictions?

Are we able to have open containers on the sidewalks outside The Green Gator? It sounds like the establishment may be making a commitment to an awful lot of people, and to a lot of North Texas fans as well.

Are seating reservations available at the Green Gator? The Miami site seems to indicate there are.

Thanks. I'll hang up and listen.

You can do full on tailgating in Frisco. No restrictions on glass, bring a tent bring chairs, the parking is extremely convenient to the entrance gates to the stadium.

It’s gonna wild being there in Green instead of USA red white and blue. Time to fiesta!
