NCAA power structure changes

The number one argument we hear against G5s is SOS.  I wonder if there is some scenario where the top 5 G5 programs consistently schedule each other in the same OOC schedules, year after year, with the hope that one year they are all T20 and the SOS for whoever emerges unscathed has an undeniably strong SOS rating going into the postseason.  Would the committee still find an excuse to keep them out?

Talking heads and media have created this, true or not. Example: the usual loud mouth talking heads were bashing Cincy in only besting Tulsa 28-20. Basically laughing at the thought of them being 6 and not being able to handedly beat Tulsa. In the SAME conversation was praising Oklahoma State and their playoff shot. Of course they failed to mention that Oklahoma State only beat Tulsa 28-23, nor would they ever. It's comical.

Unlimited benefits sounds like pro sports with no oversight. Let’s see how long it takes before boosters start wanting a piece of the gate or maybe even a salary cap.

You have schools like Alabama, Georgia, Ohio State, Michigan, Texas A&M, and Texas  that could rival professional teams in their spending. The "haves" will want more and more.

Let them go. College football is completely boring. Same pool of teams being propped up by the same media outlets.
