Non-Conference Contracts with AAC Schools

I bolded our non-conference games below with our future conference mates. Curious to see how we fill these openings in our future non-conference schedules. Would think we keep the SMU and Memphis games next year but curious if there’s a possibility we scrap the Memphis game next year knowing there won’t be a return game.

Hmm.   Gonna need to come to an agreement on that Memphis game next year.
Heck, keep it on the schedule, and just turn it into a small guarantee game (say $500k?), since we don't have those anymore, to help us pay down some of these exit fees or Littrell's buyout.  Work out an agreement that we'll have Memphis at home in 2023 during conference play like we're supposed to.

And yeah, the SMU series should already be balanced out, so just play that one like usual in 2022, and ensure we play them at Ford in 2023 during conference play like we're supposed to.

Obviously, after that, the SMU & Tulane games become conference games, so that opens up some home/home opportunities with other schools from CUSA (or whatever they're called once Judy kills them), or MWC.  I'd love to see a home/home with TCU pop up on the schedule!
