DFW Traffic

Traffic on I-35 going north must just be brutal on Saturdays in early September from Dallas to Denton. We get like 50 SMU fans at a game at Apogee. Yet, today, in Fort Worth, I guess I-30 East must have been real smooth, as the SMU fans at TCU today look pretty decent.

Weird…I mean, we bring thousands to Ford, get our asses kicked, watch entire fanbase melt down, watch SMU get a big advantage in HS recruiting against us, and yet we love playing them.

SMU fans find both FW and Denton to be icky (even though neither are).  A rivalry is enough to get them to FW but what would get them to Denton?

Assuming most live in Dallas, they should be happy to go to better places.

Nothing particular against Dallas, but it is just another big city short IMO of the allure of ether Fort Worth or Denton.

Maybe they do not want to remember how crappy Ford is compared to Apogee.
