It’s difficult to even keep up on day one. It’s happening so fast

It's a ton of money.  You can bet people were planning and lining up for weeks to get first in line.

...UK trying to administer its own limitations? See how that works out for you on the recruiting trails while your rivals allow their recruits to do what they want.

I don’t think any school is going to allow the players to market cigarettes, booze, and strippers.

ok maybe USC.

Why not?  SMU is allowing them to market hookers, Hyundai's and meth.

Just because I’m bored. Hypothetically speaking….would North Texas given Mason Fine (while he was still playing and if the NIL was in place) a cut from all of the UNT shirts written in Cherokee?

What about fans?  What if my ugly mug shows up in a crowd shot and is used to promote the program?

I think that falls under public domain and fair use. Although UCF had that weird staring fan a couple years ago…let’s be real no one wants any of that merch. On the flip side “Suns in 4 Guy” is making a killing in merch. So basically do something that’s marketable and you’ll get a slice…if not sorry for you 😅
