Yep.  Sounds like SMU is in on it.  At least Dykes is being honest.

Was talking to SUMG about this going to happen.  I guess the NCAA policing unit now have a new reason to exist.  

The NCAA runs some things like the present day personal freedoms-destroying bureaucracy, but at least I don’t think in Indianapolis they’re stashing their cookie jars with extra$.

Not sure how you police it.  Make a punishment harsh enough for them to reconsider?

A temp ban (like, you can't coach or be connected to a program) for X season(s)?
A HUGE financial penalty?
Force-hire McCarney on your staff?
