IMO, absolutely a very poor decision. For every step Seth takes to look like he is improving as a HC he does something like this. I believe, sadly, this will come back to haunt this team. If Seth does not succeed he only needs to look in the mirror.

We will be fully staffed..We just aren’t naming a ST coach to handle every facet. I like the move. Cobbs has extensive experience on special teams at the highest level as a player. Petrilli is still there helping out for those that wanted him to have the gig. I think this will work out well.

And no final voice/coordinator to put it all together.
