An Apogee Stadium 1’st Time Visitor Up from Houston with his West Point buddy critiques our stadium, Green Brigade MB, Fans & Concessions

Playing off that visitors (mostly positive) experience & comments about a Game Day at Apogee Stafium.

Would a 9K student side expansion bringing Apogee capacity to 40,850 shut down his (& other fan’s) “smallish stadium” talk as well as give our stadium a visually aesthetic balance?  I know—let’s fill Apogee for the next 20 years before we’d do something like that.

I bet we’ll all wish we had that many seats before upcoming games on the UNT campus vs the Baylor Bears & Texas Tech Red Raiders. The full price ticket sales for those 2 games will be record-setting.
In fact, where in the wide world of sports are we going to put all the visiting fans (plus UNT alums who have no idea what happened to Fouts Field) that will all be visiting Denton for those 2 games.  🦅With an aggressive AD like Wren Baker, you can bet your sweet bippy other high profile opponents will be on our future home schedule.

We ought to require those yellow shirted ushers to hand every visitor a pamphlet on the origin of Mean Green.  Maybe give 'em a test before they can buy a beer.
