“The [chemistry between the staff and players] is as good as I’ve felt in a long time,” Littrell said. “Offensively we can keep that continuity and on defense Phil has worked with a lot of these guys and we have the same philosophy in how we coach. We’ll all be pulling the rope the same direction and coming together to talk about different things. It’s been awesome.”

Team Chemistry and Fundamentals should 100% be the focus for the Spring.

Be the most disciplined team and make the fewest mistakes and CUSA wins will be there.

No more of defensive players doing bumpy body and hoping the player falls down,  instead of hitting and wrapping up. That would be a nice Junior High level fundamental to reinstate.

While we're at it; I know everyone loves a turnover, but how about wrapping up someone and not letting them get extra yards while your trying to strip the ball away?

I know Bennett is more old school, so I hope form tackling was day 1. Playing bumper cars and giving the offense hugs is why we lost so many games.

SMU was probably the worst when Nixon chest bumped Buchele and we all know what happened after.

Yep, that's the play that I'm talking about when I say no more "bumpy body" on defense.
