No sources behind these names. Just throwing out some names to watch. I look for some of the staff to be announced this week. All we know so far are Jim Gush. Here is a few other names I think we could potentially target

This is Carlton Buckels. Not our Jonas Buckles.

Making sure you knew.

Sorry for my spelling mistake but yes I knew. Thank you for making sure.

Carlton did have a swing through here before under Dodge.

Yes, that is why I said he may not have fond memories of Denton.

Dishman was a helluva player for the Oilers!

Dishman also knows the intricacies of Buddy Ryan's 46 Defense that was played situationally in Houston. It was a defense designed to create mismatches that forced turnovers by clogging the running lanes and applying immediate pressure on quarterbacks.

Not to mention the intricacies of the straight right.

Like the list, but what ties, if any, do Graham and Walker, have with Bennett that would cause you to include them on the list?  I get the others, but these two seemed to not have a connection.  Also, do you think Dishman would leave Baylor and the Big XII for North Texas?

Cris is currently at IMG academy. Walker and Graham were assistants for Gush when he was DC at Mcneese

Walker certainly seems like he is on an upward trajectory. Seemingly merely a casualty of Frank Wilson taking over McNeese.

Seems like Wilson came in a just said goodbye to all except one. The article seems to imply he fired them and then said he would sit down with each one individually

Wilson takes over, fires all assistant coaches at McNeese St

The team went 7-5 the previous year. That with a brand new defensive coordinator and plenty of other position coaches. Stupid move but then again I don't really expect much from Frank Wilson.
