WAC Football Coming Back

I'm surprised at Edinburg Junior College/Pan American College/Pan American University/UT Pan Am/UTRGV starting a football program. They have the dubious destination of being kicked out of the Sun Belt Conference for multiple NCAA infractions followed by trying to run a program with a total budget lower than what some Sun Belt schools pay their basketball assistants.

With the coming addition of UTRGV, the state of Texas will be home to 22 Division I football programs.

I thought they were already D1 and in CUSA. Isn't that the Roadrunners?

I think UTEP, UTSA, UT-Tyler, UTPB, etc. had a surplus on uniforms.
