Sarah Fuller to North Texas

SOURCE: Sarah Fuller’s football career appears to be over

Fuller is expected to play soccer for the Commodores this spring — with the NCAA Tournament pushed back because of the pandemic — and then will transfer to North Texas to play the final two years of her college career, according to Yahoo Sports. Fuller told the website she has no plans to play football again at North Texas, but if the Mean Green needed her — as Vanderbilt did this fall due to COVID-19 issues — she would answer the call.

“We’ve watched with admiration and great respect how Sarah has handled herself in making history at Vanderbilt,” North Texas athletic director Wren Baker told Yahoo Sports. “We look forward to welcoming her to the Mean Green family and helping her extend her platform. I know she’s a role model for lots of people in the country, particularly young female athletes.”

Should be under Women’s Football.

I understand she is to be part of the inauguration ceremony Wednesday.

If you are using the international definition of football, I agree.
