Rivals has him as an outside linebacker and I'm thinking that may be his best position since he is a little undersized for FBS as a WDE.  He has quickness and an affinity for hitting that should serve him well at linebacker.  I think that this is a great pickup.

Really really hope we can hold onto this dude.  I know he seems very solid right now, but it doesn't look like he has received any new offers since committing to us.  Plenty of eyes will be on him playing at Guyer, and he attended the SMU camp today so I would say you never know what's going to happen.

Hopefully this doesn’t mean much. I know kids move around these days a bit, but there are a couple of potential red flags. I do, however, appreciate that he seems enthusiastic about NT and has been vocal on social media already, supporting the verbal of the new OL commit.

The Fort Worth native has had a rollercoaster career in high school, bouncing from Denton Guyer to Nolan Catholic to Lewisville and back to Nolan Catholic which is where he will play his senior season. There were reportedly problems between him and the coaching staff at Guyer that led to him leaving, but it is unclear as to why he continued to move across the North Texas region”

So why is he back at Denton’s Guyer?

Guess I called that one correctly.
