So we have coaches letting young players volunteer to play on a defense that's been torched twice this season?

Wow. I'm pretty much on the fire Littrell train at this point, but this is egregious.

How are you just gonna let kids do what they want?

You misread that. Not for shits and giggle bc the kids want to, BUT JUST TO GET GAMES PLAYED.

You know that pesky virus thing that caused us to cancel a game already? Moving kids around so there is a depth chart. That is why we have obscure walk ons at second string.

Yeah I suppose so. I guess with the additional year of eligibility it's not a huge deal. I just hope it doesn't put kids in positions they're gonna regret down the road.

With the NCAA granting a universal extra year, COVID has essentially become the defensive holding on a pass play.  SL is the QB that's gonna just throw a long ball on a free play...that's the 2020 season.

I'm just now wrapping my mind around how this is probably gonna unfold.  Expect to see some weird roster juggling as the contact tracing/quarantine-ing impacts various positions.

True Freshman Isaiah Johnson has been moved from running back to linebacker.

Gotta wonder how big an issue the contact tracing situation is at linebacker. If we can play Saturday, I’d be shocked to see either KD or Tyreke Davis, and likely more out at LB.

VIP article, but says KD should be back but Tyreke expected to be a game time decision

True freshmen Loronzo Thompson, Isaiah Johnson, and Christian Lee have all moved back to their conventional position on offense. Hopefully this means our depth on that side of the ball should be returning to normal soon. Thompson is now in the 2-deep at receiver so he may get a chance to move into the rotation with Shorter out
