The money thing is not what worries anyone the most. It's the controversial politics. Not even being a religious university -- there are plenty of those -- but the controversies and the president of the university firing off HSOs. Smastresk and Baker would be asked to comment about scandals here and there. That's not a headache anyone wants.

Stuff like this https://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2019/09/09/jerry-falwell-liberty-university-loans-227914 is dealt with by Falwell and co themselves. The teams that schedule them get a little flack but it ends fairly quickly. Going into business with them? That's another thing entirely.

When I am right, I am right.

Weird. And I saw a recent study that said around 40 percent of cases were from asymptomatic spread. https://time.com/5848949/covid-19-asymptomatic-spread/?amp=true&__twitter_impression=true

To me it seems strange to make such a broad statement when research is ongoing. I need to listen to the video from the WHO to see how they framed this.

Edit: just saw the above post saying they hedged their bets

Let's not cast stones. Really, who among us hasn't been guilty of something like this?

I don't even wear V-neck t-shirts. Pants in that cut are a definite "no".

I do miss "FUPA" being part of the online lingua franca, though. This did remind me of those days.
