Hire a consultant for DC hire

Other than Harrell Filani etc what good  defensive coaches have Seth brought in? We should hire a consultant to identify the best candidates.

"Down the corridor of years" do you think that any ideas from this board about a potential hire for HC, or any coach for that matter, could have turned out worse than our administration's hires?

Nope, but they'll aimlessly drop 60K for 'expert' analysis.

This is a trash post. Harrell and Filani are offensive coaches. If you start needing consultants to hire assistant coaches, you need a new head coach.

Littrell or any other head coach is going to hire their own coaches.  They may and many probably do go through consultants to find the best available candidates.  This is done in part to keep the search confidential, from the public, current staff, and other teams involved.

This type of assistant search is why these guys have high powered agents who have connections and networks throughout the sport to find, contact, and set up interviews with the candidates.
