Nice article and tremendous record by our women’s soccer team! This would be a BIG DEAL at any school in the country but UNT...only crickets!

It definitely is impressive but we have a long way to go. We've been blown out constantly by bigger-time opponents and have never even scored in the NCAA tournament.... so I think the perception is "well CUSA is an easy conference"

Not so sure, the best average attendance in the nation is about 3000 and those are programs that are playing for national championships. In 2017 there were less than 25 teams that averaged over 1000 a game.   There are over 330 d1women's soccer programs. 

NT soccer doesn't get the support they need; but women's college soccer is hardy a hot ticket anywhere.
