2020 HS G Rubin Jones - Yates

Recommended Posts

In one of the most bizarre coaching decisions ever, Rubin was literally playing on one leg during a key stretch of their State Semi-final loss this past year to Oak Cliff Faith Family. Clearly not effective, coach Wise kept him in the game; which didn’t help their chances late. Could be a good pickup but is a bit erratic with good skill sets and length.

Not a lot of discussion on this one but I saw this as a big win for UNT over two quality programs in Tulsa and La. Tech.

This is a good sign for McCasland and company but they have to start winning more in conference to build on it.

Jones and his team are going for the national high school record for consecutive 100-point games. Would break their own record set I believe 9 years ago. Kind of a shame it’s so hard to find individual stats on this team.

This kid is really good. Can't wait to have him suit up and give some players a run for their money!
