A Fine predicament

Recommended Posts

If Fine is indeed a Heisman candidate then Reeder will try to ramp up his stats and that means he’s never coming out of the game and that includes ACU.  USU game showed what kind of problems not getting your backup snaps can cause.  What to do?

No back up was a killer last year...hopefully, Littrell learned his lesson.

Pros are not swayed by running up stat totals.  National recognition is another matter.

NT should do what is right for the program which is not easy to determine.

National publicity with high Fine stats and big wins get noticed.   However, getting playing time for underclassmen is better for the development of the team.

There is also an injury element to consider.  Teams are out to put Fine on the sideline, this should be a big factor in his playing time.

Unlike GH, I think BR won't let off the gas after halftime.  So, with a strong lead after 3, MF should have the stats and the #2/#3 can close.  GMG

When you see programs like Florida that have clowns like Felipe Franks as their QB1, you realize how blessed we are to have Mason. As we saw last night, let your play do the talking and everything else will follow
