You'd be surprised at how many people don't wear their seat belts.

It’s ironic to me that a driver that feels compelled to fly past me at 110 MPH feels some obligation to flip on his signal to let me know he’s about to change lane.

like, he’s about to kill somebody but at least wants to show some courtesy before it’s all said and done.

      Exactly, and why I pay ZERO attention to the rankings services. Considering the circumstances I am excited for what Morris has done and can only imagine how little I would give a $hit if Littrell was still here. Rick

      Is TP a candidate for our HOF?

      McCasland coaches a defense first team strategy that is a much bigger factor in the low scoring average than lack of offensive players. Ousmane is inconsistent but that has a lot to do with the various defenses played by opponent. However, he also has games were he just seems to be off his shot. Takes those hook shoots from too far away from the basket. Every player has better and worst games, but overall IMO Huntsberry, Perry, and Scott are consistent offensive players. Eady is consistent, but takes few shoots. Jones is recovering and getting better every game. He is becoming a major offensive threat.

      2023 NET Rankings

      It all comes down to $$$ and name recognition in the end. We come up short on both. We have to win the tournament. Our ranking will be irrelevant.

      247 Recruiting Update

      As you point out, the most questionable transfers are from Miami...... where Rhett just coached them and knows first hand if they weren't playing because they were busts or if they were just behind a better ACC stud. We had some severe deficiencies last year and serviceable ACC backups are major upgrades. Some transfers are for depth (another critical deficiency) and may not start, but is still a major upgrade over the disastrous 2nd string we were dealing with previously. The QB is a special case - not expected to play, knows that, and wants to coach. Job is to come, bring a P5 mindset, help coach Stone and KHJ, and not be a disaster if he has to play. We needed a prime WR1, didn't get it, needed more TE help, but overall MASSIVE, MASSIVE upgrade to total team talent. NIL is a miracle. An NIL player is so choice. If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up.

      Who is going to the Rice game February 4th?

      Actually, I really like how that place traps the sound. If we do end up building a new facility, I hope they can engineer things so it sounds loud like that.
