“I think any good business is constantly trying to do, and you don’t want to question everything you do, but you do ask what’s one thing we can do better. We added an accountability draft this summer where we divided our roster up and let our seniors draft our team. What those accountability teams did was it created a higher standard within our team. For example, how your locker looks, no lates, community service and a lot of things that made us that much better. That’s one thing I got from Clemson, and I won’t say who it was, but one the top defenses in the country, a coach that we know sent a picture of them studying us.”
