Dabo Swinney--Revolutionary Hero

Recommended Posts

Pretty good overview of how Clemson was able to avoid Alabama's strengths and win the game from the outside in.  Also talks about the Big 12's influence on Clemson's program, and why that style of football gives Alabama problems.

Revolutionary if you hate 'Bama.

But I wonder if this is generally bad for college football if you want equality.  The Clemson-'bama rivalry is fueling interest at the top of the CFP, and my guess is it furthers the divide between them and the rest of us.

Negating size/strength advantages on the edges with a (relatively) new approach to finding match-ups seems good for the rest of us, though.
