RealTimeRPI has us at #36.  That's my site of choice.  I do like the RPI, it's a decent measuring stick.  Not the best, but I at least know how it works - as opposed to the new one the NCAA is using!

 

But this early in the season it's kinda meaningless.  We need to at least be ten games in to see accurate numbers emerge.

The NCAA hasn’t even released the full methodology on the NET rating yet. This is from a tweet showing what was sent by the NCAA to division one teams to at least explain it enough to understand how it works.

Oh okay, I saw that in another thread and the various articles announcing it. I just thought they already had a list that included it.

I will just wait then. Maybe at some point.

      A-Scott Projected to OU

      St. Johns is one of the great sleeping giant jobs in the nation. They have a fantastic basketball history (they haven't been that great for the last generation or so, but the Johnies do have a helluva tradition) going back about 80 years and they play in NYC at MSG.

      Recent Past With all the excitement over Tylor Perry we quickly forgot about the best player from our recent past. The stats and awards bear it out. In my mind the answer is Javion Hamlet. We won the Conference in 2020 and arguably that was the best team we have ever had.

      Judge orders Florida State, ACC to mediation to settle suit

      A majority of schools could just vote to dissolve the ACC. There would be a court fight, but eventually schools that want out will be released with some greatly reduced financial penalty. It's like a divorce, you can't keep someone in an unhappy relationship, even with a contract. It will happen probably before the end of next year at the pace things are moving.
