The system isn’t “broken”: The Supreme Court has historically underrepresented minorities

Total bullshit. The Supreme Court has nothing to do with representation of the demographics of this country. It only has to do with nine people, of whatever sex, race, etc., who have the legal training and understanding of the history of the founding of this country to read the Constitution. They must then apply that to legal issues brought before them. No damned political interpretations, no making of law from the bench...apply the letter of the law as written in the Constitution.  If a Justice will faithfully do that, I do not care about race or sex.  Just my humble opinion.
