Were we on him before?    He goes to a JUCO in Arizona & is from Utah.    If he decided he didn't want to come to Texas (Houston), I'm not sure he'll be interested in NT. 
But... why not kick the tires?  I know in Littrell's first year, we hit the Arizona & California JUCO's pretty hard.   Anyone remember who the recruiter was out there?
