I wish they would go ahead and announce a delayed start until like 4pm. Don't really want to drive up there, get into the stadium, then sit through three hours of delays. Why not just delay the start until 4pm when the vast majority of the thunderstorms are set to be over?

Yeah, in the last 15 minutes, it's stretched up to Denton area.

Good news is that the radar looks like most of the heavier rain is just about through Denton unless it starts to drift more northerly.

The problem is they are supposed to delay 30 minutes after each lightning strike within 8 miles. There has been lightning strikes all over the metroplex all morning and looks like that isn’t stopping until later this afternoon.

Our team is use to the delays and rain(Liberty).  Will USM be able to handle the rain and potential delays?

We just pulled up into the parking lot, it’s not terrible right now. Hit a bunch of hard rain coming from Allen.

Wow, same thing. Wife and I on George Bush and could barely see coming through that.

Hopefully Denton is clearer.

Play the damn game. It is football. It is meant to be played outside. No lightening, kick it off!

Pushing the game back isn't as easy as it sounds. USM has travel arrangements and we don't know flexible those are.

They charter a plane.  Usm will get home just fine

Least of my worries anyways. If they lose this game and next game cause they are "tired" all good for us.
