"Flash Flood Sale" would be appropriate. 🙂 Promote it as a safe place to sit, well above the 1,000 year flood level.

Being serious for a moment, I suspect that the sale will be extended even though it was to end at 6:00 p.m. today, given the forecast. Last one I saw said 100% chance. 😞  But I'll be there.
