Texas at El Paso lands big time fullback

Recommended Posts

The "best fullback" was the 7th leading rusher at K-state last year averaging 3.2 ypc on 19 carries for the year.  He did have four TDs rushing and one receiving so he could be dangerous if he gets close to the goal line but to call him the best fullback in the market might be a stretch.

They  were funded in 1914 as The State School of Mines and Metallurgy.

They  still have a practice mineshaft on their campus.

It  keeps them  grounded by giving  them a place to practice being shafted.

Well played.

How did they use him? I don’t buy into their offensive production as a measurement of a FBs value.

I'd add to that, a national juco mvp with no line blocking for will do little.
