Could Briles to Houston create an opportunity for UNT?  After Briles introduces his “recruiting techniques” over a 2-3 year period, Houston could end up with the death penalty, shuttering Cougar Football for years.  UNT then takes over the vacated spot in the American Athletic Conference.
