You must not be familiar with the douchebag criminal element that are texass u fans.

Fact is many G5's going bowling are not going to be fully satisfied having another G5 school as their opponent.

Sure, we'd be happy with even a "former" member school of a P5 conference as our bowl opponent since they'd have some semblance of name ID, but we should know from past experience that those kind of schools will not be overjoyed with "1" winning season in a row North Texas.  Now had we had a run of 7-8 winning seasons in a row that could make some difference, but how long has it been since that happened at our favorite school?

GMG!

I can certainly see North Texas in Independence against an ACC team. Your last two home crowds have been very impressive. The best chance of that happening is probably to have UTSA beat LA Tech and keep the Dogs home this bowl season.

You are probably right.

That’s only if FAU goes to the Belk.  The winner of CUSA (FAU) gets first pick and if Belk is not an option it will be the Independence and it could be against FSU.  NT gets second pick and you should take St Pete against USF unless you get a shot at a P5 school or a higher ranked G5.
