I was watching the Wisconsin game over at East Side on Saturday, this image popped up a few times.

I know there are others, but of the ones I've witnessed, Jamario Thomas was one of the most dynamic and exciting players to ever don a North Texas football uniform.  He had some nagging injuries (with his hamstring, I believe) which held him back, but that freshman campaign was one for the ages.

It would have been great to see Thomas and Cobbs both at full strength at the same time.  Just didn’t work out.

I was at Colorado when Jamario put on a clinic in the first half.  The hills may be alive with the sound of music, but it was sure quiet in Boulder those first 2 quarters.

I had a buddy on the team back then, apparently some of the coaches didn’t think he was ready to play. Well, after his second 50+ TD, one of the coaches was heard screaming, “is he eff’n ready now?!?”

Seeing him in that uniform....I forgot he played for Dodge his senior year. I don't think he played much though. Injured?

Dodge went very pass heavy in year one. He didn't lean on the run much until '09 and '10 with Lance. Jamario also yielded many short yardage carries to Micah Mosley.

Loved watching Micah.  I thought he was under appreciated.
