The 'other' finalist

Everyone remembers the last coaching hire came down to Littrell & Meacham, but another fella interviewed and was considered a 'finalist' as well:

Scott Frost

His UCF squad is likely going to wind up in a NY6 bowl.  They're massacring everyone they play.  He'll be hired WAY before Kiffin/Littrell.

Not meant to stir the pot or anything, just thought it's interesting.

Meacham is at Kansas as the OC.

...and Willie Fritz is at Tulane, and Everett Withers is at Texas State, and Jay Norvell is at Nevada.  These are some of the names that were being thrown out there.

Scott Frost is doing well and would have been a great hire.  He was paid twice what we paid Littrell.  So far, Littrell is proving to be pretty solid.  Hope he keeps it up.
