Did the defense miss the plane and the cheerleaders and Scrappy had to fill in for them? Over 800 yards, just wow. What ever they did on offense, did not see or listen to the game, we will see in our last games of the season with the exception of Army. Army does what Army does no matter who they play.  I had pick the Army game as a win but now I don't know.  Lets hope FAU was just a "bad game" and not something bigger.  I still believe in the Mean Green and will be there Sat night.  Like my dad always said to me "everyone gets embarrassed once in a while but how you handle the embarrassment is what sets you a part from others."

I'm sure the players are desperate to get back on the field Saturday against Old Dominion to get that sour taste out of their mouth. At least it was an interdivision opponent and despite Southern Miss winning, we still maintain our lead of C-USA West due to head-to-head.

That’s sort of how I feel about it as well.  If you’re going to lose one like that, better to have it occur on the road against a team from the other division.

I agree. I bet they can't concentrate on school right now because they probably want to play a football game so badly. I bet they would play FAU in the Walmart parking lot just to get a chance to get that taste out of their mouth.
