He posted an apology on twitter saying that even with a 3.2 GPA last year and getting his associates, he's still not eligible to play football. That happened today :/.

Could he possibly finish out his bachelors and join the team in 2019 as a grad transfer?

Welllll, if he just finished his associates it would be unlikely he has the credits to polish of his BA in one year. He sat last year, will sit this season that's four years of eligibility unless he can get some sort of waiver/red shirt. He has 5 to play four, but the clock doesn't stop because you don't suit up.

Per this article, he had two to play two heading into the 2016 season. Eligibility counter started in 2013. This is his last year of eligibility. He's not going to play here

He's not going to play anywhere.  Time to prepare for the 2018 NFL Draft...or, head up to Canada.

If his eligibility is really up, he needs to go ahead and get an agent.

A fine young man like  Raveon  should be given a chance to complete his BBA and play ball at the same time. Just saying.

Who hasn't given him opportunities?  It's a two way street.  Rules are rules.  If you can't (won't?) get it done in the classroom, you are not going to be on the field.

His eligibility is done.  If he really believes that lifting weights, but not playing is a good way to become a pro football player, then agent up.  Put or shut up.

Sorry, for better worse, he's become the poster child for our recruiting:  so desperate for talent that we kept pursuing him even when everyone else already knew he wasn't going to qualify.

SL literally said to Vito that Hoston was not going to be part of the team before last seasons started...

The kid was at UNT and got his GPA/grades up but then left UNT... Doesn't make sense... It was well worth the offer to bring him in, just like William Johnson and Haynes... If they had made it great but them not making it allowed us to move up some of the blueshirts we brought in.. and they didn't hurt our APR either
