99% of your customer base doesn't have a clue what you mean if you dump them the technical details.

This is exactly why I call espn3 "the Duece". All those people claiming our new deal offers a great new opportunity to pioneer the future of college football broadcasting, need to rethink their logic. Give me a real TV deal any day.

Why? So the Twitter Warriors can call for some unfortunate soul to be fired? No company will voluntarily hang someone out to dry. You'll always get a generic explanation, especially if the problem was caused by a human error.

Because the human error is usually a manager skimping on the 4 eye principle somewhere, and yes that poor managers soul deserves to be hung out to dry because he is not poor at all.

The other thing is, more information as to how long they will take to fix it is actual decency, will stop me from waiting impatiently.

I thought this was a thing of the past once we left the SBC. Dynamite TV deal we got here.
