To me it didn't look like our batters were intimidated. We finished with like 4 or 5 hits in 5 innings, better than getting no-hit like we did to Kentucky and Mizzou last season. But we let a bad call at second that would have been the third out snowball into six more runs to put the game out of reach early. A&M misplayed a couple of grounders that allowed more of our runners to get on but obviously kept us from scoring until the last inning.
I didn't get this feeling from watching on ESPN+. Did it feel that way for you all that were there in person? Are we in awe, or are we just trying too hard and get off our game?
They're stuck in their box of woe, which I understand. But they're still wrong and not looking at data.
UNT should be cleaning up on players moving down for playing time, just like Dykes did at SMU, just like top G5's do. It's right there.
