You see, the captain doesn't change the oil, but the military recognizes he is responsible for those that do. That's why he was relieved of command. 

But if the current BOR or Presdent of UNT had been his boss, he would have been given 14 more years to "prove himself."

Oh, if you want to go military accountability then RV would have been relieved of his duties years ago for dereliction of duties. And that is without a doubt, trust me.

Kind of like Rick Villarreal? That's fine, remove him as AD and put him somewhere that he will stop hurting UNT

For general incompetence, sure. But I have seen several Staff NCO's busted down and then forced out as well as officers being just forced out. My plt commander was ad sep'd right when we returned from Afghanistan. Military typically don't patty cake and give people numerous chances on "good faith." Like I said, if RV was military he'd be in charge of making sure a single, isolated printer never ran out of ink that of course printed out non-classified information.
