Per Zach Barnett on Twitter, as of 8:30 this morning, we have not signed a contract with Littrell, or anyone else yet.

So at best, we are currently working with a handshake agreement...

I'm guessing Zach is assuming that since the announcement hasn't been made, Littrell is not 'locked down'.   He could be right!  Or, he could be wrong.
