If true, Meachum seems like a very good hire.

I'll believe it when I see it. Recall for basketball that everybody was so sure that it was Fran, that The Ticket actually announced Fran as the new coach that morning.

Not really.

Benford was never an X's and O's guy. Meacham is.

Not sure Meacham is as good of recruiter as Benford.
