I think this has always been the biggest thing holding the "sleeping giant" from waking up.

Whenever we have any bit of success we end up losing coaches, assistants, or both. But when you look at other successful teams like VT keeping Bud Foster or Venerbles staying at Clemson, the continuity has a lot to do with continued success and recruiting.

Again, I know we may have a good shot at replacing him with Walt Bell from Blake Anderson's staff at Arkansas State and he is still a hella recruiter.

We'll see.
