so my day has been pretty good...woke up early, did a good 45 minutes worth of yoga with the missus before we went our separate ways for the weekend...her up to see a friend in Maine, me to help my mom out at her new house in upstate New York. On the way I stopped in the northwest corner of Connecticut for a nice long trail run on the Appalachian trail...we're having just wonderful weather up here, around 80, no humidity...perfect for spending a few hours on the AT. After helping my sainted mother for a few hours, I'm currently relaxing with a Sip-o-Sunshine, a delicious IPA from Vermont, while we grill up some trout, sausage and veggies...all from local farms and streams.
